Anti-Modern Slavery
Statement.

Financial year ending 31 December 2025. TABULARUM Inc. is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. Last updated: 29 March 2026.

Zero tolerance for forced labour.

TABULARUM Inc. is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We have zero tolerance for any form of forced labour, child labour, debt bondage, or human trafficking. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applicable regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate.

A technology company by design.

TABULARUM is a financial technology company providing a private capital markets platform. We operate primarily as a software and services business with offices in London, Rome, and San Francisco. Our workforce consists of full-time employees, contractors, and AI-assisted operations. We serve institutional investors, fund managers, advisors, and regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions.

Safeguards against modern slavery.

We maintain the following policies to safeguard against modern slavery:

Code of Conduct

All employees and contractors must adhere to our code of conduct, which explicitly prohibits any involvement in modern slavery or human trafficking.

Whistleblowing Policy

We provide confidential channels for reporting concerns about slavery or trafficking without fear of retaliation.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We require all suppliers and vendors to confirm that their operations are free from modern slavery and that they have adequate policies in place.

Recruitment Policy

We verify the identity and right to work of all employees. We do not use recruitment agencies that cannot demonstrate compliance with anti-slavery standards.

Supply chain accountability.

We conduct due diligence on our supply chain by evaluating new suppliers against modern slavery criteria, requiring anti-slavery commitments in contracts with key vendors, and periodically reviewing supplier compliance. Our supply chain primarily consists of cloud infrastructure providers, software services, and professional services firms operating in regulated markets.

Continuous vigilance.

We assess our modern slavery risk as low due to the nature of our business (technology/financial services), the jurisdictions in which we primarily operate (UK, UAE, EU), and the profile of our supply chain (predominantly technology and professional services). However, we remain vigilant and continuously monitor for emerging risks, particularly when expanding into new markets or onboarding new vendors.
